Bob Nelson

Mr. Robert Arthur "Bob" Nelson, 79, passed away on December 12, 2020. A Life Celebration for Mr. Nelson will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 10AM in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Milledgeville. Private Burial will be held at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville. Mr. Nelson was born in Illinois to the late Cyril Arthur Nelson and the late Juanita Jane Duffy Nelson. He was retired from the United States Army where he served over 23 years including 2 tours in Vietnam. He enjoyed singing and puzzles, which earned him the nickname "the puzzle man". He is survived by his daughters, Tina Fendley of Loganville, Stacy Nelson of W. Virginia; son, Ricky Nelson of Florida; 3 grandhchildren; 2 grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Charlene and Donna
