Darrel Donald Blake, age 86, of Putnam County, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022. Arrangements for Darrel Blake are incomplete, and will be announced at a later time. A native of Flandeau, South Dakota, Darrel was born on January 27, 1936 to the late Clyde Blake and the late Margaret Story Blake. He had lived in Putnam County for the last 6 years, and was a member of Concord United Methodist Church. Darrel is survived by his wife, Madlyn Grace Blake of Putnam County ; his sons, Bruce (& Colleen) Blake of Burlington, CO, Douglas (& Lori) Blake of Palmer, AK, and Richard (& Gina) Blake of Eatonton ; his sister, Doris Wernzel of LaVerne, MN ; eight grandchildren ; and twenty great grandchildren.
