Mrs. Jane Inez Snow Kelsey Ramage, 71, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM on Thursday, March 24, 2022 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Milledgeville with Rev. Larry Glover officiating. Interment will follow in Baldwin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 5 PM until 7 PM. Mrs. Ramage was a native and lifelong resident of Baldwin County. She was the daughter of the late Elton C. and Corrine Pounds Snow, and was preceded in death by a son, John Kelsey and grandson, Walt Kelsey, Jr.. She was a homemaker and a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Johnny Ramage; son, Walt Kelsey(Wendy); granddaughters, Brittany Baugh and Zimmie Kelsey, all of Milledgeville; grandson, John Kelsey of Wilkinson Co.; sister, Linda Lavender(Thomas) of Gordon; and brother, Danny Snow(Laura) of Milledgeville.
