Julie was born in Santa Barbara, California on February 10, 1979 to the late Earl L. Martin and Mrs. Kathleen Smith Jeffers. Julie had lived in Hancock County for the past two years, and was a Housing Administrator for Georgia College and State University. She attended Church Central in Milledgeville. Julie is survived by her partner, Glenn Begay ; her children, Lorelei and Lucas ; her mother and step-father, Kathleen (& Cois) Jeffers ; her sister, Joy Anna Fountain ; and her brother, Adam L.
