Rev. Maitland "Mait" Earl LaForce, Jr., age 73, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Maitland is survived by his wife JoAnn of Milledgeville, Georgia; His daughter Kelley Cockram and her husband Kevin of Woolwine, Virginia; His Grandson Kyle Cockram, his wife RayLynne and their daughter Ava Grace of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Sibllings: sister Cynthia Bovat and her husband David, Vermont Brother Tim LaForce and his wife Val, California Brother Michael LaForce and his wife, Vera, Florida Brother Kevin LaForce and his wife, Nancy, Georgia Brother Bret Osgood and his wife, Linda, New York Sister Naxcie Merchant, Florida Numerous Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2020 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Milledgeville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 PM until the service hour. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors or American Cancer Society.
