William Freddie “Billy” Rothman, Jr., age 57, of Hancock County, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020. Funeral Services for William “Billy” Rothman, Jr. will be held in Wisconsin, and announced at a later date. A native of Oakland, California, Billy was born on January 27, 1963 to the late William Freddie Rothman, Sr. and Grace Louise Lane Rothman. He had lived at Lake Sinclair for the past two weeks, having moved from Lebanon, Missouri. Billy had been a Chef, and was a member of the Baptist faith. Billy is survived by: his mother, Grace L. Rothman of Lake Sinclair ; his children, Patty Smith, Lawanna Rothman, Zachary Rothman, Matthews Randall Rothman, Kayla Barron, Kyleigh Rothman, William F. Rothman, III, and Alexander Rothman ; and his siblings, James Lane, Terri Matthes, Patti Barton, Robin Behrens, and Corina Behrens.
